Platform Navigation Manual

A screen-by-screen tour of how to move through the platform: menus, icons, shortcuts, dashboards, and expected outcomes.

The Global Navigation

The bar at the top of every screen is your Global Navigation. It scrolls horizontally on smaller devices. Every icon is paired with a short label so you never have to guess. Tapping a destination brings you to the hub's landing page. From there, the hub's own sidebar takes over.

Hub Sidebars

Once inside a hub, look to the left (or the top on mobile) for the Hub Sidebar. It lists the tools available in that hub. The active tool is highlighted. Sidebars can be collapsed to icon-only view for more workspace.

Dashboards

Most hubs open on a Dashboard. Dashboards summarize what changed since you last visited, surface urgent items, and offer quick actions. Use the dashboard as your daily briefing.

Notifications — click for a full list.

🔎 Search

Full-text search across leads, contacts, accounts, and content.

➕ Plus

Create — the exact object depends on context.

⚙️ Gear

Settings for the current hub or your account.

👤 Avatar

Profile menu, sign-out, and account switching.

Keyboard & Accessibility

The platform supports keyboard navigation across primary controls. Focus indicators are visible for keyboard users. Reduced motion, higher contrast, and larger text can be enabled in Profile settings.

Expected Outcomes at a Glance

Clicking a hub icon → hub landing page.
Clicking a sidebar tool → that tool's dashboard.
Clicking "New Lead" → intake form; on submit, redirects to the new lead's timeline.
Clicking a Marketplace listing → listing detail with buy/subscribe controls.
Clicking a stream → live view with chat, engagement bar, and creator info.
Clicking Profile → your account settings with a clear "Save" button.
